MONTREAL- Traffic is jammed on the Turcot Interchange in Montreal after a piece of concrete collapsed and fell onto Notre Dame St. W. in St. Henri Friday morning, according to reports.
No one was injured.
Transport Quebec closed part of the highway near the entrance to the Ville Marie Expressway.
