“Bulgaria Air Tower” has 19 floors with 3 underground levels. The plot is facing the lane of local Blvd “Brussels” and the existing street separating it from the building of the State printing. Dimensional solution of an office area is subject to markedly memorable form - and bearing dynamic spirit of modern plastic in relation to modern architecture. The total built up area of the building is 34 304 m2 .
