Ще се радвам ако някой успее да ми помогне. Имам следното питане. Работя за компания която ми плаща една сума на час от понеделник до петък и друга сума през уикенда, като и в двата случая всичко се плаща на час и сумата през уикенда не е х1,5 а е малко по висока. Въпроса ми е грешно ли е да се сумират двете суми(тази от понеделник до петък+тази от събота и неделя) и върху тази сума да се плаща овъртайм. Аз имам мнение но искам да чуя и други. Бънди, твоето положение не съответства на това, което му викат incentive pay в Алберта. Там става дума за хора които работят на парче/процент, или на заплата плюс премии за надминати норми.
В Онтарио, при твоята ситуация, нещата би трябвало да стоят така:
Делиш заплатата, която си получил за първите 44 часа на 44. Това е базата, върху която се изчислява овъртайма. Пример: от понеделник до петък си работил 30 часа (да речем $10 на час), а събота и неделя - още 20 (да речем $15/ч). (30х10 + 14х15)/44 = $11.60. За шестте часа овъртайм, които ще се паднат в неделя би трябвало да получаваш по $11.60х1.5 = $17.40.
Вярно, че малко тъпо, като се има предвид, че е само $2.40 повече от 15-те, които получаваш така или иначе в неделя, но съм доста сигурен че съм прав.
В Онтарио, при твоята ситуация, нещата би трябвало да стоят така:
