After an interview with a Quebec officer, you have obtained a
"Certificat de
Selection Quebec" for you and your family (if applicable). In order to
continue the processing of your immigration application, you need to
pay the
following fee(s):
Processing fee for permanent residence (principal applicant, spouse,
common-law partner, dependent child 22 years of age and over) is 360 US
dollars.
Processing fee for permanent residence (dependant under 22) is 100 US
dollars.
Right of Permanent Residence Fee (for principal applicant, spouse,
common-law partner) is 640 US dollars. RPRF is not mandatory to be paid
at
the time of documents submission, you may pay it at a later date.
As of 3 January, 2001, citizens and residents of Bulgaria may pay all
visa
application and other immigration fees at branches of Union Bank in
Sofia,
Plovdiv, Varna, and Burgas.
Payment at the bank is in United States Dollars. A transaction fee of
$2.00
per application (regardless of the number of family members) is
applicable.
The official receipt should be included with the completed application
form
and other documents.

You will receive the medical instructions + acknowledgement of receipt
letter + money receipt by mail in 8 weeks from the date your file is
received at this office. The average processing time is 9 months from
the
date the application is received at this office.
