DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

' Participate in SDLC (Analysis, design, coding and testing)
' Contribute to the architectural direction of our software
' Improve application performance and software quality
' Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members
' Collaborate with Engineers, Product and Project Managers
' Estimate development tasks and deliver projects on schedule
' Write software specifications that are clear and concise
' Adhere to best practices including automated unit testing for all software written
' Innovate new solutions and keep up with new and emerging technologies

QUALIFICATIONS

' BS/MS, (or equivalent) in Computer Science
' 5+ years experience developing large, scalable applications
' Object oriented software development expertise required
' Experience with .NET 3.0+ using C#
' Experience with WCF required
' Exposure to WPF/Silverlight preferred
' Experience developing applications using MS SQL Server 2005/2008
' Experience in an Agile Development environment with Team Foundation Server, a plus
