JOB DESCRIPTION: BGIIP Training and Development Director


• Consulting services pertinent to private investments rendered to individual foreign investors; direct contact with foreign investors

• Process coordination

• Process and activity management

• Consulting services and elaboration of application forms for subsidies via EU Structural Funds, programs and initiatives, for beneficiaries within the private sector: identification of the program, assistance in the course of preparation of the required documents, preparation of application forms, business plans, and assistance in acquisition of private financing

• Consulting services and elaboration of capital markets’ projects – 2 projects

• Training staff and consultants on the Bulgarian Immigrant Investor Program


EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

Degrees/diplomas Bachelors degree in public relations / Mass Communication with deep knowledge of Investment Analizis and COrporate Finance

KEY QUALIFICATIONS :

• Management, organization, supervision and administration of teams and employees

• training and supervision of the performance of new staff

• Preparation and management of projects, co-financed by EU, incl. project cycle development, preparation of application forms and application documentation, business plans, cost benefit analyses, procurement and tender procedures, project management, etc.

• Structuring and supervision of the implementation of investment projects

• Structuring projects for short- and long-term financing

• Organization of the collection and keeping of information, data and documentation

• Organization of the gathering and keeping of data bases
