b]Здравей,
Не знам това дали ще ти е полезно, но днес попаднах на него в едно списание за имигранти:
Danny Limong, Dental Representative
Just want to share the good news that I have landed a good paying job with Patterson Dental, the largest in the Canadian dental industry. Anyways, I would just like to describe how I did it so it might help some of your future immigrants.
I first went to the Canadian Dental Industry website to get the e-mail addresses of all the companies there, then I e-mailed my resume and a cover letter. I realized that experienced dental reps are hard to find anywhere in the world, so I was sure at least one or two companies will respond. In my case, four responded. Patterson was my first interview and I got hired after talking with their President. I think you will have many clients there at CIIP who will have similar experience
and training in their respective fields. All they would have to do is to go to their specific industry websites here in Canada and start sending resumes. They will need to really sell themselves in the cover letter (more so than the resumes)
and stress that although they have no Canadian experience, their skills are HIGHLY TRANSFERABLE. During their interview, they should be able to demonstrate that they can fit in and perform on the job very quickly. I think this will negate the lack of Canadian experience in many cases.
