Dear Sir,
Owing to reduced staff resources over the past few months we have accumulated a backlog of files which have yet to be created in our computer system. The last confirmation letters have been sent for the files received around 15 August 2006. We hope to have reduced this backlog significantly within the next four to six weeks.
Also please note that our office will be moved to a new location. Due to this transition period, particularly from 23 October till 03 November 2006, when files and documents are packed and unpacked, there necessarily will be a negative impact on our standard processing times. We ask then for your understanding and patience as we try our best to return to our standard processing times as quickly as possible after the move.
