A man insisted yesterday someone else had to have used his camera to take pornographic photos of his 4-year-old daughter in his home, then stored them on his computer in his office.
Likewise, the man claimed someone else must have used his Web accounts to share details about his family with pedophiles in Internet chat rooms.
Taking the stand in his week-long Quebec Court trial, the 31-year-old
Montreal father of four - who was on wеlfare (защо ли не се учудвам
), but fixed computers on the side - vehemently denied molesting his only daughter to make porn.
For each of the five charges he faces - possession, distribution and production of child pornography as well as sexual assault and sexual touching - he shifted the blame to others.
Prosecutor Louis Miville-Deschenes seized on the man's fingerpointing.
"
We found more than 5,000 pornographic pictures on your hard drive. ... You're telling me they were there without your knowledge?" Miville-Deschenes asked.

In testimony rife with contradictions, the father tried to explain or justify every scrap of evidence - even suggesting he is the victim of a conspiracy.
"Is your daughter part of the conspiracy?" the prosecutor asked.
"I don't know," the accused retorted.
The man said he isn't a pedophile b
ut confessed he is turned on by children in tights.
"Everyone likes to look at little kids," he said.
"It's normal."

"I took about a dozen pictures of her undressing, but only one or two in the series show her with no underwear,"
Miville-Deschenes asked the defendant to explain his unflinching reaction when, during a videotaped police interrogation, he was confronted with an
explicit photograph of his daughter being raped.
His only response was, "That's not mine," in reference to the adult male genitalia pictured.
The man said he didn't react with shock or horror because he'd already seen the picture when he peeked in the file folder the detective used to conceal it.
In the videotape, recorded Dec. 9, 2002, the father accused his daughter of telling tall tales
when she informed police that he had sexually assaulted her.

Детето разкавало ак я насилвал, стотици нейни порнографски снимки, от неговото ИП отгоре на всичко публикувани в мрежата, и накрая малоумника още малко да каже "извънземните бяха".
Типично отношение. Без много акъл и без много стрес.
Интересно ми е днес какви ли бисери ще излезат от съдебната палата

Но колкотото и да е смешно фразата на обвиняемия: ""Everyone likes to look at little kids," he said.
"It's normal." е красноречива. Кои са тези всички? Приятелите му ли? Съгражданите му ли...? .... абе като ви казвам че е национален спорт номер 2

Едва ли си очаквал да каже "Аууу, много съжалявам, направих нещо много лошо, не заслужавам да живея повече, но обещавам да се поправя"
