Имам следното питане...Някой знае ли как стоят нещата с изпращането на покана за гостуване от канадски гражданин?На какви условия трябва да отговарят и двете страни?Има ли проблем от това,че както се казва,аз съм потенциален емигрант?Ако ми позволят гостуване,това би ли ми помогнало за кандидатурата ми впоследствие,особено като се има впредвид,че става въпрос за Торонто а не за Кебек.И последен въпрос,че станаха много ...А за брак с канадка....?

Canadian Temporary Resident (visitor) Visa Requirements.
Before a Temporary Resident (Visitor) Visa may be issued, a Visa Officer must be satisfied that the applicant is not a threat to Canadian society and will leave Canada at the expiry of his/her authorised stay. When submitting an application for a Temporary Resident (Visitor) Visa, you should submit, in addition to a travel document (i.e. passport) valid for at least one month beyond the duration of your planned visit to Canada) the following documents:
-signed, dated and fully completed application form and additional family information sheet;
-two passport-size photos of each person included on the application including children;
-a certificate from your employer indicating your occupation, monthly income, and the period of your approved leave;
-other evidence of your ties to your home country (bank account, property etc);
-letter of invitation and support from the relative, friend or business contact who will be your host while in Canada (if applicable) outlining your relationship with the host and the duration of your stay;
-for children inviting their parents/siblings to visit: evidence of their financial ability to support you such as their most recent Revenue Canada Notice of Assessment or T4 and letter from their employer(s);
-if travelling to meet business contacts, evidence of your business and previous correspondence with the company in Canada;
-original proof of fee payment;
-for minors travelling alone or accompanied by only one parent, a notarized consent from the non- accompanying parent or evidence of legal custody.
-letter explaining the reasons for your travel and relationship with the host if this may not otherwise be clear from the information provided;
-evidence that your host is a permanent resident or citizen of Canada;
Temporary Resident Visa (TRV)
All citizens of Romania, Moldova and Bulgaria are required to obtain a Temporary Resident (visitor) visa before travelling to Canada.
Our preferred method of receiving visa applications is via courier services or drop-box, for the convenience of our applicants.
In-person applications do not receive preferential treatment and are processed in the same manner as those received via courier or our secure drop box.
In-person applicants are not guaranteed same-day service. We reserve the right to apply the 5-day service standard to applications submitted in person.
Some applicants will still be called for personal interviews but most applicants can have their application dealt with without ever having to come to our office. We endeavour to provide good quality service to applicants who apply in person at our office, but due to the volume of applications, which is beyond our control, in-person applicants often have to endure long waiting times and other inconveniences.
-applications can be placed in the Embassy "drop-box" at any time seven days per week;
-applications can also be sent by courier - please ensure you also pay for the return portion of the delivery;
-applications placed in the "drop-box" or submitted by courier are generally processed within 5 working days of their receipt;
In-person applications are accepted between 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. Monday to Thursday, statutory holidays excepted.
-All applications must be complete, with 2 acceptable photos, correct fee, additional family information PDF * (133 KB) (each adult applicant), and complete application form.

Благодаря ти Сливен за линка който ми даде.Само,че не ми стана ясно и ако ти или някой друг знае нека каже...Престой в Канада(като гостуване например и за какъв срок),помага ли после за самата селекция...?

Гостуване на приятели или просто екскурзия до Канада не променят по никакъв начин критериите по които се извършва селекцията за имиграция.

Колегата Коко в случаят греши. Престоят в Квебек носи точки по процедурата за селекция и се оценява съгласно критериите на фактор 5. Séjour et famille au Québec. Та съгласно б. d) на този фактор за престой в Квебек между 2 седмици и 3 месеца по други причини, неспоменати в букви от а) до с) на същият фактор, се дава 1 т. допълнително. А съгласно следващата б. е) за престой над 3 м. се дават 2 т.
